Eight days of kitesurfing, beachfront nights, lagoons, a New Year’s Eve dinner and party, organized by four friends who live in Atins. You arrive, and we take care of the rest.
The trip
You land in São Luís. We take care of the rest: transfer, a guesthouse on the sand, eight hours of kite lessons, four tours, New Year’s Eve dinner and party.
For first-timers and for riders: one-on-one lessons at your level, and everything else as a group. Nobody has to prove their level.

Who we are
Four friends. One place in common.
Entre Knots was born from four friends who made Atins their home. We live in the village, we live and breathe kite and village life, and we want to share it with people who come from outside.
We built the itinerary with a bit of every good thing in the village, including corners you won’t find on the usual tours, at the pace of people who live here and know the way.

“I’ve never stood on a board. Is this for me?”
Yes. The 8 hours of lessons are one-on-one and start from zero if that’s your case, with equipment and supervision. Nobody has to prove their level.
As a pair
“One of us rides and the other has never tried. Does it work?”
It does. Each of you gets one-on-one lessons at your own level, from Dec 28 to 31, and the rest of the trip is together: tours, dinners and New Year's Eve.
Wind
“What if there’s no wind?”
Lesson days and times may change with the wind, and a missed lesson is rescheduled during the trip. If that’s not possible, you choose between a refund for the lessons not taken or rescheduling within 1 year.
Company
“What if I don’t know anyone?”
You arrive in Atins already part of the group. We meet you at São Luís airport, and the tours, the evenings and New Year's Eve are all together. Coming alone in a double room, you can share it with another traveler; for a room of your own, choose the single.
Which flights should I book?
Arrive in São Luís by noon on Dec 27 and book your return for after 5 pm on Jan 3. We meet at the airport at 12:30 pm and the transfer leaves at 1 pm. On the way back, we arrive at São Luís airport around 1 pm.
I already ride. Is it worth it?
Yes. Use the 8 hours as you like: trick lessons, riding improvement, equipment rental or a downwinder, if the wind allows. And you share the wind with people at your pace.
Do I need to know how to swim?
Yes. When you sign up, you sign a waiver with a health statement and a declaration that you can swim, and you agree to follow the instructors’ guidance.
Do I need travel insurance?
We recommend insurance covering medical expenses, medical evacuation and adventure sports. Atins is remote, so medical evacuation is the most important item.
How does payment work?
Pix (Brazilian instant transfer) upfront with R$ 750 off, or a R$ 3,000 deposit and the balance in 3 card installments. Bookings are made over WhatsApp, with someone from the team.
What if I need to cancel?
The cancellation terms are in the booking contract. The team goes through them with you on WhatsApp, before any payment.
Are photos included?
Official group photos, yes: photographer Caio Florentino joins the group at specific moments of the trip. Individual photos and videos are not included: if you’d like them, you arrange them directly with Caio, tailored to you, and pay him separately.
How many people need to book for the trip to happen?
Two. With two or more people, the kitetrip goes ahead. And since lessons are one-on-one, the size of the group doesn’t change your time on the water.
